Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup fat free milk (your choice or almond or soy milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instruction

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth
