Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 3/4 cup fat free milk (your choice or almond or soy milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 4-5 ice cubes
Instruction
- Place all the ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth
