Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 Tablespoons milk of your choice ((can eliminate yogurt & use 3/4 cup milk))
- 5 oz vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 2-3 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats ((gluten-free if necessary))
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- Garnish: chopped pecans, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, crumbled gingersnaps
Instruction
- In a mason jar, combine first 7 ingredients. Stir well.
- Add oats and chia seeds to mason jar. Place lid on jar and shake well.
- Place in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to eat, you can garnish it in the jar and take with you or spoon into bowl, garnish, and enjoy. It can be eaten cold or warmed in microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
