Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 bananas (ripe (the riper they are the sweeter they'll be))
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (may need to add more if not using freshly grated)

Instruction

  • Puree together in a blender until smooth and serve cold with a straw.
