  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (optional honey)
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ice cubes

Instruction

  • In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Add ice cubes for desired consistency. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
