Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Can of Garbanzo Beans (drained)
- 1/2 Cup Tahini
- 2 Teaspoons Cumin (or to taste)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Clove Garlic (crushed)
- 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- Salt And Pepper To Taste
- Canned Refrigerated Pizza Dough (store bought pizza dough or homemade)
- ¼ Cup Chopped Red Onions
- ¼ Cup Chopped Tomatoes
- ½ Cup Goat Cheese (crumbled)
- 1/4 Cup Spinach (chopped)
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil
Instruction
- For Pumpkin Hummus
- Place all ingredients on a food processor. Process until smooth
- Taste for seasoning, add more if needed
- For Pizza
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
- Place the pizza dough on top of the parchment paper
- Bake for 5 minutes
- Remove from oven
- Spread pumpkin Hummus over the the pizza
- Add the veggies
- Sprinkle in the cheese
- Add salt and pepper
- Drizzle olive oil on top
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese has toasted up
