Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup almonds (sub tigernuts for AIP, or more coconut chips)
  • 1 cup coconut chips
  • 1/4 cup baked apple chips
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1.5 cups pitted dates
  • 2 scoops (or 4 tbsp) collagen peptides
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instruction

  • Add the almond, coconut, and apple to a food processor and blend until chopped finely
  • Add in the dates, pumpkin puree, collagen, and cinnamon and blend
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper and evenly flatten the mixture into the dish
  • Place the baking dish into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to allow to harden
  • Remove once solidified and slice into 9 slices
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
