The following ingredients have 51 Servings
- 2 cups butter (at room temperature)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup tightly packed brown sugar
- 2 cups pumpkin puree (or 1 15-ounce can)
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 batch Maple Glaze (see recipe below)
- Raisins
- Nuts (I used pecans, but Vince thought walnuts would be better.)
- Chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons melted butter
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 Tablespoons maple syrup (using real gives a MUCH better flavor profile)
