The following ingredients have 10 Servings

  • 2 cups (15 oz/420 g/ 1 can) pumpkin puree ((not pumpkin pie filling))
  • 3 large eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • 1 ½ cups (10 ½ oz/ 300 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup (4 oz/ 115 g) butter
  • ½ cup (4 fl oz/ 120 ml) heavy cream
  • ½ cup (4 oz/ 115 g) dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup ( 3 ½ oz/100 g) pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • Whipped cream to serve
