Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 frozen medium banana
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened soy milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/2 TBS maple syrup
  • 1/2 TBS peanut butter
  • pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instruction

  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and serve immediately. Feel free to add more milk if you want the smoothie to be less thick.
