The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 frozen medium banana
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 2/3 cup unsweetened soy milk (or almond milk)
- 1/2 TBS maple syrup
- 1/2 TBS peanut butter
- pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instruction
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and serve immediately. Feel free to add more milk if you want the smoothie to be less thick.
