Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Instruction

  • Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl until combined. Store in an airtight container for up to six months.
  • To use, spread entire amount over a 4-5 pound large pork shoulder (sometimes called a pork butt). Bake or smoke as desired.
