Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Instruction
- Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl until combined. Store in an airtight container for up to six months.
- To use, spread entire amount over a 4-5 pound large pork shoulder (sometimes called a pork butt). Bake or smoke as desired.
