Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 3 cups pulled pork ((cooked and shredded))
  • 10 oz tortilla chips
  • 2 cups olby jack cheese ((shredded))
  • sour cream
  • pico de gallo
  • cilantro

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Spread out tortilla chips in an oven-safe skillet or sheet pan.
  • Top chips with pulled pork.
  • Top chips and pulled pork with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes or until your cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and serve. I topped mine with sour cream, Pico de Gallo, and fresh cilantro.
