Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 lb Pork Shoulder
  • 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
  • 1 box Macaroni and Cheese
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 Rolls

Instruction

  • Cook the pork shoulder in a large pot with water for about 2 hours.
  • Drain water from pork and leave in about 1 cup. Add in the bbq sauce, shred, and continue to cook for another half hour.
  • In a separate pan cook the mac and cheese according to package directions.
  • Cut open your rolls and put in the pork, cheese, and top with the macaroni and cheese.
  • Enjoy!
