Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 16 ounce cans Chili Beans
- 2 14.5 ounce cans tomatoes
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 cups shredded pulled pork (I bought mine already made. You can find it near the lunchmeat in the grocery store)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 whole jalapeno (seed and membranes removed and diced)
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- shredded cheese
- diced tomatoes
- sliced green onions
- corn or tortilla chips
- sour cream
- cilantro
Instruction
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Stir.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
- Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, corn chips, and cilantro if desired.
