Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 2 16 ounce cans Chili Beans
  • 2 14.5 ounce cans tomatoes
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded pulled pork (I bought mine already made. You can find it near the lunchmeat in the grocery store)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 whole jalapeno (seed and membranes removed and diced)
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • shredded cheese
  • diced tomatoes
  • sliced green onions
  • corn or tortilla chips
  • sour cream
  • cilantro

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Stir.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
  • Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, corn chips, and cilantro if desired.
