Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Italian bread loaf
- 1/3 lb pepperoni (chopped)
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 c. stick butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan
- dash of pepper
Instruction
- Take a few pieces of foil about the side of the bread loaf and create a boat to place the loaf into it. This will keep the loaf from breaking apart and all the pieces in place.
- Place the bread loaf on foil.
- With a bread knife slice the bread loaf into cubes, not going all the way through. Stuff cheese and pepperoni slices in the creases.
- In a small bowl combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Italian Seasoning and Parmesan. Pour over bread, pulling bread apart as you pour to get it down into the slices.
- Bake at 365 for 15 minutes. Serve when hot with marinara sauce.
