The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound lean ground beef (I used Certified Angus Beef’s 90/10 blend)
  • ½ cup red onion (diced)
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 10-oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • {optional} ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 12-pack pull-apart dinner rolls
  • ½ cup dill pickles (diced (or ½ cup dill relish))
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1½ cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ Tbsp sesame seeds
