Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1 box frozen puff pastry (thawed.)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instruction

  • Thaw puff pastry according to package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In double boiler, melt chocolate chips.
  • On lightly flowered surface, roll out puff pastry sheet to approximately 9 x 12 rectangle.
  • Using coffee mug, cut out rounds of pastry.
  • Use small spoon or pastry brush and place small amount of melted chocolate in center of each disc.
  • Place raspberry in center of chocolate and pinch opposing sides of each disc together, forming a wonton.
  • Place on greased baking sheet or stone and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
