Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 1 box frozen puff pastry (thawed.)
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instruction
- Thaw puff pastry according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In double boiler, melt chocolate chips.
- On lightly flowered surface, roll out puff pastry sheet to approximately 9 x 12 rectangle.
- Using coffee mug, cut out rounds of pastry.
- Use small spoon or pastry brush and place small amount of melted chocolate in center of each disc.
- Place raspberry in center of chocolate and pinch opposing sides of each disc together, forming a wonton.
- Place on greased baking sheet or stone and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
