Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 can tuna (drained)
- 1 avocado (chopped into small pieces)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 hard cooked egg (chopped into pieces)
- 1 tbsp. diced shallot (or onion)
- 1 stalk celery (thinly sliced on the diagonal)
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1/2 tbsp. mustard
- sea salt & pepper (to taste)
Instruction
- In a medium sized mixing bowl add the avocado and lime juice. Stir well. This helps to keep the avocado from browning.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir well again
- Serve over greens, or as a sandwich
