Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 scoop EAS Complete Protein Powder (Chocolate fudge)
  • 1 cup oats (grind in a blender to a powder)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups EAS Complete Protein Ready to Drink (Chocolate fudge)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 Tbs Butter

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Put butter in a 9 x 13 glass pan, and put in oven, when butter is melted, swirl around to coat bottom really well. Or spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a blender or food process, process oats until they are fine and powdery, like a baking flour.
  • Combine oat flour, salt, and EAS Complete Protein Powder
  • Stir in EAS Complete Protein Read to Drink, and whisk in 3 large eggs
  • Pour into pan and bake for 22-25 minutes.
  • Turn oven down to 350 degrees
  • Bake an additional 8-10 minutes
  • Serve with your favorite toppings.
