Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 scoop EAS Complete Protein Powder (Chocolate fudge)
- 1 cup oats (grind in a blender to a powder)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups EAS Complete Protein Ready to Drink (Chocolate fudge)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 Tbs Butter
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Put butter in a 9 x 13 glass pan, and put in oven, when butter is melted, swirl around to coat bottom really well. Or spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a blender or food process, process oats until they are fine and powdery, like a baking flour.
- Combine oat flour, salt, and EAS Complete Protein Powder
- Stir in EAS Complete Protein Read to Drink, and whisk in 3 large eggs
- Pour into pan and bake for 22-25 minutes.
- Turn oven down to 350 degrees
- Bake an additional 8-10 minutes
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
