Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup low fat sour cream
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup hemp seed
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Sea Salt to taste

Instruction

  • Combine first seven ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
  • Add yogurt, sour cream, avocado, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, hemp seed, and water into a food processor. Pulse until almost smooth.
  • Add in dry ingredients and pulse until completely smooth. You may need to add in additional water to desired consistency.
  • Salt to taste.
