Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup low fat sour cream
- 1 avocado
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/4 cup hemp seed
- 1/4 cup water
- Sea Salt to taste
Instruction
- Combine first seven ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
- Add yogurt, sour cream, avocado, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, hemp seed, and water into a food processor. Pulse until almost smooth.
- Add in dry ingredients and pulse until completely smooth. You may need to add in additional water to desired consistency.
- Salt to taste.
