Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 Medjool Dates - pit removed ( approximately 240 grams)
  • 1 cup Almond Meal (100 grams)
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (40 grams)
  • 2 tbsp cacao (15 grams)
  • 2 tbsp golden flaxseeds (20 grams)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (10 grams)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (liquid)
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut

Instruction

  • Place the extra coconut into a bowl and set aside until needed.
  • Remove the pits from the Medjool Dates and place them into a Food Processor.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until the mixture starts to 'clump' together.
  • Use a teaspoon to scoop up the mixture and squeeze it together before rolling into balls.
  • Roll the balls in the extra coconut and place onto a tray/or into a container
  • Place the balls into the fridge to firm up and chill.
