Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 Medjool Dates - pit removed ( approximately 240 grams)
- 1 cup Almond Meal (100 grams)
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (40 grams)
- 2 tbsp cacao (15 grams)
- 2 tbsp golden flaxseeds (20 grams)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (10 grams)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (liquid)
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
Instruction
- Place the extra coconut into a bowl and set aside until needed.
- Remove the pits from the Medjool Dates and place them into a Food Processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until the mixture starts to 'clump' together.
- Use a teaspoon to scoop up the mixture and squeeze it together before rolling into balls.
- Roll the balls in the extra coconut and place onto a tray/or into a container
- Place the balls into the fridge to firm up and chill.
