Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 480 ml (2 cups) Prosecco
  • 120 ml (1/2 cup) elderflower cordial
  • 20 slices cucumber
  • Ice lolly mold (I use this Norpo mold <--Amazon affiliate link)

Instruction

  • Place two slices of cucumber in each of the ice lolly molds.
  • Mix together the prosecco and elderflower cordial and divide between the ice lolly molds.
  • Place the lids on and the ice lolly sticks in and freeze for at least 5-6 hours.
  • ** Note - you may need to set your freezer temperate a little lower to get a really solid ice lolly - I had mine set at -20c/-4f
