Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 – 1 ½ inch thick slices of honeydew melon
  • 1/4 cup pear jam
  • 8 thin slices imported prosciutto
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese
  • Honey

Instruction

  • Wrap each melon slice with a slice of prosciutto (with a teaspoon or 2 of pear jam in between) and place a skewer in the center. Chill well before serving (about 1 hour).
  • Right before serving, sprinkle with blue cheese and drizzle with honey. Serve!
