The following ingredients have 36 Servings
  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ Tbsp brown sugar
  • 2¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup + 2 Tbsp warm water
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp baking soda
  • 4 oz. cheddar cheese (I used Cabot's Vermont Sharp Cheddar cheese)
  • 36 mini smoked sausages
  • coarse salt
  • 2 Tbsp butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1½ Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1½ Tbsp honey
  • ½ Tbsp lemon juice
