The following ingredients have 36 Servings
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ Tbsp brown sugar
- 2¼ tsp active dry yeast
- ¾ cup + 2 Tbsp warm water
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 Tbsp baking soda
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese (I used Cabot's Vermont Sharp Cheddar cheese)
- 36 mini smoked sausages
- coarse salt
- 2 Tbsp butter (melted)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1½ Tbsp honey
- ½ Tbsp lemon juice
