- 400 ml double cream (approx volume - See NOTES for Dairy Free)

- 250 g fresh raspberries
- 125 g fresh blueberries
- 2 nectarine (de-stoned and cut into pieces)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- raspberry coulis
- ½ tsp icing sugar (to dust)
