The following ingredients have 4 Servings

  • 300 g white caster sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean powder/paste/raspberry extract
  • red food colouring paste (mixed with a little optional raspberry extract )
  • 400 ml double cream (approx volume - See NOTES for Dairy Free)
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder/paste
  • 250 g fresh raspberries
  • 125 g fresh blueberries
  • 2 nectarine (de-stoned and cut into pieces)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • raspberry coulis
  • ½ tsp icing sugar (to dust)
  • edible glitter
