The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 medium Sweet Potatoes {approx. 8 oz. each}
- 1.5 cups Water
Instruction
- Add Water to your pressure cooker, then place steam rack inside.
- Scrub sweet potatoes, pierce each potato with a fork several times {allowing steam to escape when cooking}, then evenly lay your scrubbed Sweet Potatoes on rack and lock lid in place.
- Instant Pot Cooking Instructions: Cook on Manual, High Pressure, 18 minutes {note: larger potatoes will take longer}
- Crock Pot Pressure Cooker Instructions: Select Beans/Chili, High Pressure, 18 minutes, Start {note: larger potatoes will take longer}
- Once potatoes are done, naturally release pressure before removing lid.
- Optional: Top with butter, cinnamon sugar, and/or brown sugar. YUM!
