Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 medium Sweet Potatoes {approx. 8 oz. each}
  • 1.5 cups Water

Instruction

  • Add Water to your pressure cooker, then place steam rack inside.
  • Scrub sweet potatoes, pierce each potato with a fork several times {allowing steam to escape when cooking}, then evenly lay your scrubbed Sweet Potatoes on rack and lock lid in place.
  • Instant Pot Cooking Instructions: Cook on Manual, High Pressure, 18 minutes {note: larger potatoes will take longer}
  • Crock Pot Pressure Cooker Instructions: Select Beans/Chili, High Pressure, 18 minutes, Start {note: larger potatoes will take longer}
  • Once potatoes are done, naturally release pressure before removing lid.
  • Optional: Top with butter, cinnamon sugar, and/or brown sugar. YUM!
