Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Whole Cauliflower (green leaves removed)
- 1.5 cups Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Organic Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Butter ((or 1 Tablespoons (butter powder))
- 3 Fresh Chives (chopped)
Instruction
- Add water to your Pressure Cooker cooking pot.
- Place whole cauliflower in steamer basket and place in Pressure Cooker.
- Lock on Lid and close Pressure Valve. Cook on Steam Setting for 6 minutes. When Beep sounds, wait 2 minutes and release the rest of the pressure.
- Place cauliflower in a bowl and mash with a fork or immersion blender. Alternatively, place in food processor.
- Add Turmeric, pepper, salt and butter. Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
- Garnish with a lot of Fresh Chives
