Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Whole Cauliflower (green leaves removed)
  • 1.5 cups Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Organic Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter ((or 1 Tablespoons (butter powder))
  • 3 Fresh Chives (chopped)

Instruction

  • Add water to your Pressure Cooker cooking pot.
  • Place whole cauliflower in steamer basket and place in Pressure Cooker.
  • Lock on Lid and close Pressure Valve. Cook on Steam Setting for 6 minutes. When Beep sounds, wait 2 minutes and release the rest of the pressure. 
  • Place cauliflower in a bowl and mash with a fork or immersion blender. Alternatively, place in food processor.
  • Add Turmeric, pepper, salt and butter. Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
  • Garnish with a lot of Fresh Chives
