Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 c broth (use pan juices after turkey is cooked)
  • 1/2 c cornstarch
  • 1/2 c water (cold)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instruction

  • Cook pan juices on saute mode in your Instant Pot for 2-3 minutes. Bring to a boil (can do the same on your stovetop on medium heat).
  • Mix cornstarch and cold water together in a small bowl until smooth, then whisk into your pan juices.
  • Whisk together until gravy is smooth, add salt and pepper to taste.
