Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 32 green prawns deveined peeled
  • 1 bunch spring onions chopped halved
  • 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 250 g spring roll wrappers gow gee wrappers quartered
  • 2 tbs oil for frying

Instruction

  • Chop shallots into 3 cm lengths.
  • Spread pastry with sweet chilli sauce.
  • Top with 2 prawns and shallot and roll up.
  • Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.
