Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 32 green prawns deveined peeled
- 1 bunch spring onions chopped halved
- 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
- 250 g spring roll wrappers gow gee wrappers quartered
- 2 tbs oil for frying
Instruction
- Chop shallots into 3 cm lengths.
- Spread pastry with sweet chilli sauce.
- Top with 2 prawns and shallot and roll up.
- Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
