Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 Tbsps sesame oil
  • 18 ozs ready to cook, king shrimp (prawns)
  • 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 Lime (juice)
  • salt
  • freshly ground peppers
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 crisp Lettuce
  • cilantro
  • Lime wedge

Instruction

  • Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns on both sides for 2 minutes.
  • Add the coriander and garlic and briefly fry together. Deglaze with lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the honey.
  • Arrange the lettuce leaves on serving plates and add the prawn mixture.
  • Serve garnished with coriander and lime wedges.
