Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 18 ozs ready to cook, king shrimp (prawns)
- 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 Lime (juice)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 crisp Lettuce
- cilantro
- Lime wedge
Instruction
- Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns on both sides for 2 minutes.
- Add the coriander and garlic and briefly fry together. Deglaze with lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the honey.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves on serving plates and add the prawn mixture.
- Serve garnished with coriander and lime wedges.
