Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ripe Avocado (sliced)
- 1 ripe Papaya (sliced)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 9 ozs ready-to-eat shrimp
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 Orange (juiced)
- 1 red chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 14 ozs chinese Cabbage (cut into fine strips)
- 0.333 cup unsalted Peanuts (roughly chopped)
- 1 Red onion (cut into thin rings)
- 2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
- 4 Tbsps sesame oil
Instruction
- Drizzle the avocado and papaya slices with the lemon juice and dry roast the peanuts.
- Season the prawns with salt and white pepper and fry for 2 minutes in hot butter. Quench with the orange juice.
- Mix together the chilli, Chinese cabbage, peanuts, onion rings, avocado and papaya slices. Stir in the prawns and the cooking liquid and season with vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
