Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 ripe Avocado (sliced)
  • 1 ripe Papaya (sliced)
  • 2 Tbsps lemon juice
  • 9 ozs ready-to-eat shrimp
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 1 Orange (juiced)
  • 1 red chili pepper (finely chopped)
  • 14 ozs chinese Cabbage (cut into fine strips)
  • 0.333 cup unsalted Peanuts (roughly chopped)
  • 1 Red onion (cut into thin rings)
  • 2 Tbsps Rice vinegar
  • 4 Tbsps sesame oil

Instruction

  • Drizzle the avocado and papaya slices with the lemon juice and dry roast the peanuts.
  • Season the prawns with salt and white pepper and fry for 2 minutes in hot butter. Quench with the orange juice.
  • Mix together the chilli, Chinese cabbage, peanuts, onion rings, avocado and papaya slices. Stir in the prawns and the cooking liquid and season with vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
