Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 20 Prawn (ready-to-eat)
  • 1 tsp parsley (chopped)
  • 1 yellow pepper (sliced)
  • 1 red pepper (sliced)
  • 2 tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 ball Mozzarella (diced)
  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • 1 handful Basil
  • 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
  • wooden Skewer

Instruction

  • Mix the prawns with the parsley, salt and ground black pepper.
  • Skewer the prawns on 4 wooden kebab sticks, alternating the between the pepper slices and the prawns.
  • Mix the the tomatoes and mozzarella together, arrange on 4 plates and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Garnish with basil leaves.
  • Grill the kebabs for approx. 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Place on the plates with the tomato-mozzarella, garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
