Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 20 Prawn (ready-to-eat)
- 1 tsp parsley (chopped)
- 1 yellow pepper (sliced)
- 1 red pepper (sliced)
- 2 tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 ball Mozzarella (diced)
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- 1 handful Basil
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
- wooden Skewer
Instruction
- Mix the prawns with the parsley, salt and ground black pepper.
- Skewer the prawns on 4 wooden kebab sticks, alternating the between the pepper slices and the prawns.
- Mix the the tomatoes and mozzarella together, arrange on 4 plates and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Garnish with basil leaves.
- Grill the kebabs for approx. 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Place on the plates with the tomato-mozzarella, garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
