Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 18 ozs Linguine
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 cups King prawn (ready to cook)
- cayenne pepper
- grated lemon zest
- 0.25 cup dry white wine
- 0.25 cup vegetable stock
- 0.375 cup cream (at least 30% fat)
- 0.5 bunch parsley (finely chopped)
Instruction
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 8-10 min until al dente.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallot and garlic. Add the prawns and fry for a few minutes. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and a pinch of lemon zest and deglaze with the wine.
- As soon as the wine has almost fully evaporated, add the stock and the cream and season to taste.
- Drain the pasta, stir into the sauce, sprinkle with parsley and serve. Goes well with a fresh salad.
