Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 10- 12 ounces vanilla almond or coconut milk
  • handful of spinach leaves
  • handful of ice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 serving vanilla egg white protein (or other vanilla protein of choice)
  • dash of cinnamon Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
  • dash of matcha for extra ENERGY and GREEN!

Instruction

  • Blend all together in blender. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon!
