Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • medium cut French fries
  • beef gravy, poutine gravy or any of your favourite brown gravy
  • cheese curds
  • vegetable oil

Instruction

  • Prepare your cheese curds
  • Warm up your gravy.
  • Deep fry your French fries then remove from oil, drain and let it cool down. You can also double fry the fries if you want to get a crispier texture.
  • Place French fries in a serving platter, place cheese curds on top then ladle warm gravy over the fries and cheese
  • Serve immediately.
