The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 big potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- Salt
- water
Instruction
- Wash and scrub the peel off the potatoes.Cut into same sized wedges.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil with a pinch of salt.Add the cut wedges of potatoes and boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.Into a mixing bowl add all the seasoning ingredients. Mix well.Toss the potato wedges and mix.
- Heat oil for deep frying.Deep fry in hot oil in medium flame until the wedges turn crispy and golden.
- Drain excess oil and serve hot.
