Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 big potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • Salt
  • water

Instruction

  • Wash and scrub the peel off the potatoes.Cut into same sized wedges.
  • Bring a large pot of water to boil with a pinch of salt.Add the cut wedges of potatoes and boil for 3-4 minutes.
  • Drain on a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.Into a mixing bowl add all the seasoning ingredients. Mix well.Toss the potato wedges and mix.
  • Heat oil for deep frying.Deep fry in hot oil in medium flame until the wedges turn crispy and golden.
  • Drain excess oil and serve hot.
