Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 3 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (12.0-ounce) package Kielbasa pork sausage or cooked chicken sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 (16.0-ounce) package frozen cut green beans
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- Combine potatoes, sausage, green beans, broth, bay leaves, and salt and pepper in a large pot and slowly bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
