Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 3 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 (12.0-ounce) package Kielbasa pork sausage or cooked chicken sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 (16.0-ounce) package frozen cut green beans
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Combine potatoes, sausage, green beans, broth, bay leaves, and salt and pepper in a large pot and slowly bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 
  • Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes. 
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve.
