Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 5 cups waxy potatoes (grated)
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp plain flour
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1.333 cups Crème fraiche
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
- 3 Tbsps Chives (chopped)
- 2.5 cups smoked Salmon (in slices)
Instruction
- Mix the potatoes with the eggs and flour. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Spoon in 1 tbsp of the potato mixture for each pancake. Press flat and
- fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Mix the crème fraîche with the lemon juice, sugar, garlic and chives and season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Serve the pancakes with the salmon and crème fraîche mixture.
