Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 5 cups waxy potatoes (grated)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp plain flour
  • 2 Tbsps vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1.333 cups Crème fraiche
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 3 Tbsps Chives (chopped)
  • 2.5 cups smoked Salmon (in slices)

Instruction

  • Mix the potatoes with the eggs and flour. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Spoon in 1 tbsp of the potato mixture for each pancake. Press flat and
  • fry until golden brown on both sides.
  • Mix the crème fraîche with the lemon juice, sugar, garlic and chives and season with salt and ground black pepper.
  • Serve the pancakes with the salmon and crème fraîche mixture.
