Ingredients
The following ingredients have 18 Servings
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 1/2 Tbs yeast
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 6 Tbs softened butter
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup Betty Crocker mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 1/2 cups flour
Instruction
- Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a mixing bowl, and let the yeast proof.
- Add eggs, softened butter, salt, mashed potatoes, milk, sugar, and flour in a mixing bowl and mix together.
- Knead for 5 minutes with a dough hook.
- Cover dough and let rise for 90 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into 18 rolls, and place on a tray sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Cover and let rolls rise until doubled in size, another 90 minutes.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
