Ingredients

The following ingredients have 18 Servings
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 1/2 Tbs yeast
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 Tbs softened butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup Betty Crocker mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 1/2 cups flour

Instruction

  • Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a mixing bowl, and let the yeast proof.
  • Add eggs, softened butter, salt, mashed potatoes, milk, sugar, and flour in a mixing bowl and mix together.
  • Knead for 5 minutes with a dough hook.
  • Cover dough and let rise for 90 minutes or until doubled in size.
  • Divide the dough into 18 rolls, and place on a tray sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Cover and let rolls rise until doubled in size, another 90 minutes.
  • Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
