Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 15-20 curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Chili powder
  • Oil for deep frying

Instruction

  • Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice into thin fingers with mandoline or grate using grater.
  • Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry peanuts, curry leaves and cashews. Remove to a plate.
  • Now in the same oil, deep fry grated potatoes in batches.
  • Mix with fried nuts and curry leaves, sprinkle salt and chili powder. Mix well and store potato mixture airtight
