The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 15-20 curry leaves
- Salt
- Chili powder
- Oil for deep frying
Instruction
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice into thin fingers with mandoline or grate using grater.
- Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry peanuts, curry leaves and cashews. Remove to a plate.
- Now in the same oil, deep fry grated potatoes in batches.
- Mix with fried nuts and curry leaves, sprinkle salt and chili powder. Mix well and store potato mixture airtight
