Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 4 potato large
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup cheese grated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instruction

  • Place cheese, egg and flour into a mixing bowl and make into a thick batter with the milk.
  • Peel potatoes and slice into fritters about 1 cm thick.
  • Parboil in a saucepan of water until almost cooked. Drain on kitchen paper.
  • Dip potatoes into the stirred batter mixture and drop into hot oil in an electric frypan, until golden brown.
  • Serve salted and hot.
