Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 4 potato large
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup cheese grated
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
Instruction
- Place cheese, egg and flour into a mixing bowl and make into a thick batter with the milk.
- Peel potatoes and slice into fritters about 1 cm thick.
- Parboil in a saucepan of water until almost cooked. Drain on kitchen paper.
- Dip potatoes into the stirred batter mixture and drop into hot oil in an electric frypan, until golden brown.
- Serve salted and hot.
