Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon dashi powder, or 2 cups homemade dashi*
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 medium potato
- 2 slices short cut bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- sliced green onions, optional
Instruction
- Boil the water in a saucepan and add the dashi powder (or boil homemade dashi). Add potato and bacon to cook for about 5 minutes. Add corn and the miso paste and dissolve it into the saucepan. Lower the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve in a small bowl and garnish with green onion (optional).
