Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 1/2 kg potato peeled thinly sliced
- 2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 300 g bacon rashers cut into pieces
- 2 cup cheese grated
- 300 ml thickened cream
- 2 tsp Massel Beef Stock Powder
Instruction
- Layer a large baking dish with potatoes to cover the base.
- Sprinkle with some of the mushrooms, bacon and cheese.
- Continue layering, finishing with a layer of cheese.
- Combine cream and beef stock powder and pour over the top.
- Bake at 200C for 1 hour until top is brown and potatoes are tender.
