Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 1/2 kg potato peeled thinly sliced
  • 2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 300 g bacon rashers cut into pieces
  • 2 cup cheese grated
  • 300 ml thickened cream
  • 2 tsp Massel Beef Stock Powder

Instruction

  • Layer a large baking dish with potatoes to cover the base.
  • Sprinkle with some of the mushrooms, bacon and cheese.
  • Continue layering, finishing with a layer of cheese.
  • Combine cream and beef stock powder and pour over the top.
  • Bake at 200C for 1 hour until top is brown and potatoes are tender.
