  • Salt and pepper (a pinch each)
  • 1 lb pot roast (leftover)
  • 8 buns (dinner rolls, or slider buns)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • Gravy (leftover, heated, for dipping)
