Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lb beef roast (any kind, cut into large cubes)
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 lb red potatoes (quartered)
  • 1/2 cup baby carrots (diced)
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instruction

  • Label gallon size freezer bag with name of recipe, date and instructions.
  • Place all ingredients in bag except beef broth and seal.
  • Place in freezer.
  • To Cook: Thaw overnight in fridge.
  • Dump bag in slow cooker and add beef broth.
  • Place lid on.
  • Cook on low 8-10 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!
