Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lb beef roast (any kind, cut into large cubes)
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 lb red potatoes (quartered)
- 1/2 cup baby carrots (diced)
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instruction
- Label gallon size freezer bag with name of recipe, date and instructions.
- Place all ingredients in bag except beef broth and seal.
- Place in freezer.
- To Cook: Thaw overnight in fridge.
- Dump bag in slow cooker and add beef broth.
- Place lid on.
- Cook on low 8-10 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
