Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 small head radicchio
- 1 small head frisee
- 1 small head butter lettuce
- 2 ounces arugula
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instruction
- Tear the head lettuces (radicchio, frisee, and butter lettuce) into bite size pieces
- In a large bowl, combine head lettuces with arugula
- In a pint mason jar, shake olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper until combined
- Toss salad with half of dressing, or more to taste
- Serve
