Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 small head radicchio
  • 1 small head frisee
  • 1 small head butter lettuce
  • 2 ounces arugula
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Tear the head lettuces (radicchio, frisee, and butter lettuce) into bite size pieces
  • In a large bowl, combine head lettuces with arugula
  • In a pint mason jar, shake olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper until combined
  • Toss salad with half of dressing, or more to taste
  • Serve
