Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2-3 lbs Chicken Drumsticks-any cut really
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup White Portuguese Wine (or Beer)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 4 cloves; minced Garlic
  • Pinch Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Parsley

Instruction

  • Add all the above spices, and garlic to a large freezer bag; mix around.
  • Add chicken drumsticks to your zippered bag and allow to marinate in the fridge for 24 hours (less if you are short on time).
  • When ready to cook, Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Line a shallow baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Bake chicken for 60 minutes covered, and 30 minutes uncovered for a crispier skin.
