Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 50 ml Vodka (Absolut Citron)
- 50 ml Passoa
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 1 Passionfruit (aka Maracuya)
- 1/4 Vanilla Bean (scraped)
- 50 ml Prosecco (or other sparkling wine.)
Instruction
- In a cocktail shaker add all the ingredients (including the pulp from the passionfruit) except for the sparkling wine. Add ice and shake hard for a few seconds. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and serve alongside a shot of chilled sparkling wine.
