- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (divided)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- ¼ cup onion (chopped)
- ½ cup red wine
- ½ cup chicken stock (or broth)
- 1 ½ tablespoons fresh rosemary (minced)
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
