Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 6 cloves garlic (, minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (, minced (optional))
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 pork tenderloin (, about 2.5 lbs total)

Instruction

  • Season the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper on all sides. 
  • Whisk remaining marinade ingredients together. Add meat and marinade to a ziplock bag and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
