Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 6 cloves garlic (, minced)
- 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (, minced (optional))
- salt and pepper
- 2 pork tenderloin (, about 2.5 lbs total)
Instruction
- Season the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Whisk remaining marinade ingredients together. Add meat and marinade to a ziplock bag and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
