Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 Tbsps Oil
- 2 onions (cut into wedges)
- 1 yellow pepper (cut into strips)
- 2 red peppers (cut into strips)
- 12 small Sausage
- 0.5 bunch Basil
- salt
- peppers
- thyme
- 3 Tbsps medium-hot Mustard
- 1 Tbsp whole-grain Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Ketchup
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp Sour cream
- chili peppers (to taste)
Instruction
- Sprinkle the vegetables with oil and grill on a barbecue with the sausages for 7-10 minutes, turning frequently.
- Meanwhile wash the basil, shake dry and pick the leaves from the stalks.
- Put the sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Season to taste.
- Mix the vegetables with the sausages and basil and put on a platter. Sprinkle with a little thyme and serve with the sauce.
