Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 Tbsps Oil
  • 2 onions (cut into wedges)
  • 1 yellow pepper (cut into strips)
  • 2 red peppers (cut into strips)
  • 12 small Sausage
  • 0.5 bunch Basil
  • salt
  • peppers
  • thyme
  • 3 Tbsps medium-hot Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp whole-grain Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Ketchup
  • salt
  • peppers
  • 1 Tbsp Sour cream
  • chili peppers (to taste)

Instruction

  • Sprinkle the vegetables with oil and grill on a barbecue with the sausages for 7-10 minutes, turning frequently.
  • Meanwhile wash the basil, shake dry and pick the leaves from the stalks.
  • Put the sauce ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Season to taste.
  • Mix the vegetables with the sausages and basil and put on a platter. Sprinkle with a little thyme and serve with the sauce.
